Anika Jain graduated in Fashion Design from NIFT, in the year 2000, Gandhinagar. Gujarat, a hub of art and culture, where her knowledge of subjects like history of art, design, world fashion, history of textiles increased tremendously. She led her own brand of clothing for two decades. It wasn’t until the year 2020 that she decided to expand her creative pursuits and go back to her first love of becoming an artist.

Anika’s natural progression from fashion to art was seamless. Painting offered her a new canvas to express her creativity and help others connect with their emotions. Her art aims to bring joy and beauty into people’s lives, whether it’s enhancing the aesthetics of their homes or offices or evoking a sense of happiness and nostalgia or to connect with their spiritual side.

Anika’s growth as an artist was propelled by her mentor artist Kumar Vikas Saxena at Studio KVS. Under his guidance, she experimented with different techniques and honed her artistic voice. This mentorship allowed her to explore new dimensions in her work, combining her love for fashion with her inherent passion for painting.
